What We Believe
We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. Through baptism we identify with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14; Acts 2:38).
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues (Acts 2:4).
We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. He ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government (Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11).
To build a community of believers who are unified through a common experience of biblical salvation and relationship with Jesus Christ. We will achieve this through our consistent interaction with the Word of God, prayer, and worship. We commit to being growing congregation of believers who are passionate for God and compassionate for people.

Meet Our Pastors
Pastors Jeffery and Patrice Roberts
Rev. Jeffery and Patrice Roberts were elected as pastors of Abundant Life Church on September 1st, 2021. The Roberts moved from Maryland to Wisconsin that fall. Pastor Roberts brings over 30 years’ of experience in various ministry roles. His passion is teaching and preaching the Apostolic doctrine.
He communicates a clear biblical vision for both personal and kingdom growth. The Roberts believe in empowering people for ministry today, and growing kingdom minded leaders for tomorrow.
Jeff and Patrice were married January of 1985 and have two children and four grandchildren.
ALC History
Abundant Life Church was started in 1993 in the home of founding Pastors Scott and Valerie Stevens. The congregation began as a Bible study of six believers who wanted to see a Bible-based, apostolic church established in Manitowoc County.
This small group quickly grew into a church and added several members the first year. The church quickly relocated to a store front on Washington Street in Two Rivers. God continued to bless and to increase the congregation.
After two years of continual growth at the Washington Street location, the church began to search for a larger facility. In 1997 Abundant Life Church purchased the Two Rivers Community Credit Union building on the corner of Adams and 16th St. The church expected the new facility to meet their needs for next five years. However, the church outgrew that facility in just three short years.
In 1999, Abundant Life Church family purchased the land at our current location on Roosevelt Avenue providing great visibility and frontage along Memorial Drive.
In October 2000 ground was broken for a new facility. The construction of this facility consisted of a 180-seat sanctuary, classrooms, offices, kitchen, and fellowship area. Easter Sunday 2001, Abundant Life Church worshipped in their new facility.
Easter Sunday 2014 ground was broke ground for a new education wing. The now completed project includes four additional classrooms, one additional office, and renovations of two classrooms and two church offices.
Abundant Life Church continues to enjoy spiritual and numerical growth. The congregation is a multi-cultural, multi-generational, community of believers on the Lakeshore. To accommodate our growth we plan to build a new 500-seat sanctuary. The Abundant Life Church family has great expectations for what God is doing in Manitowoc County.
